My insurance company called the out to tarp over roof damage.  the problem is they did not properly secure the tarp and the next rain the tarp came off allowing more rain to enter the roof and cause more damage.  I called them about the problem and got an answering service and no return call.
 The other problem is I got a copy of the bill sent to the insurance company where they charged for the tarp but called me and said i needed top call them whern the the roof was repaired so the could get the tarp back.  with this dishonesty I do not trust them or do I want therm, back.

Horrible. Guy who gave the estimate on the phone was nice as can be and gave us a reasonable quote. Once they were on the premises they jacked up the estimate- it more than doubled- and also told us that the final price could not be guaranteed... depended on how long it took for the walls/carpet to dry. My advice- stay away! We learned a very expensive lesson. These guys rely on scare tactics and prey on the desperation of naive homeowners.

Servpro was on time and did a very good job. We had a leak so we had to replace some sheetrock. The workers were very polite and did everything they were suppose to do. I was very happy with the results. My home owner's insurance covered the cost of the repairs.

Servpro did an average job with our carpets as they were not able to remove all of the stains completely. They said they did the best they could do. We were a bit disappointed that it took a day for the carpets to dry because they did not use a chem dry cleaning system to clean the carpets. We felt they were reasonable on their pricing.
