Showed up on time with a crew of 3. Had their necessary equipment. Very professional and quick. Overall, very satisfying work. Would use their service again if needed.
Description of Work: Checked for Moisture in ceiling drywall tape crack areas in 3 rooms using temperature sensors. Used moisture sensor in one room where temp was questionable. Probably would have made me feel more confident if they also used moisture sensor in main room as well, though they were confident. I could have asked them to use moisture sensor as they were very willing & accommodating.

The Insurance is taking care of the cost. They were very attentive to questions I had, and answered questions I wouldn't even have thought of. They let me know everything that was going on. They are very polite and very respectful to my home, as far as being clean and laying down plastic. It was a very good experience, I would definitely use them again if I needed to, and I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe leak in our front bedroom definitely occurred before we purchased our house and after the first rainstorm in this house we discovered the water-soaked and moldy carpet in the front bedroom. Our insurance company arranged to have this company come over and remove the water in the room, extract the water from inside the wall, including tearing out the wall board and baseboard in the garage, removing the stained carpet, identifying the specific source of the leak, and eliminating the front bedroom and garage of mold. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional and the finished work looked good.
