Gave Tom a call to fix a broken and bent up screen. He got me in at the last moment and while he looked at the main problem, I also asked about a pile of screens that were stock to the house that we'd like to have put up as we were selling and didn't want the cost of all new. He arrived on time and proceeded to do the job and when he was done I was a little nervous as we didn't exactly pin down a price, but I was already comfortable with him and as my teenage daughter trying to be sneaky was paying for it. When he told me the price, I was floored!!! I was expecting so much more! It's very rare to find a person that handles his business with the honesty and integrity with the customer comes 1st mindset! Really well. He assessed all my homes screens for needed repairs (house is over 30 yrs old) and only replaced those that actually needed repair-no frames needed. Saved me money and the new screens look great.
