It went really well. I made my appointment online and received a response in a very timely manner. I brought my car in and it was done the same day. I dealt with Chuck who was knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional. My air conditioner works just fine now and I feel I paid a fair price. I couldn't ask for more and I would definitely bring my car back there if I needed repairs done. One other thing I should mention is today I received a thank you card from this shop which I thought really gave the entire experience a special touch showing that they work very hard for our business.

I brought my Prius in to Sansone's because the Maintenance Required light had been on for a couple of weeks. It turned out that the sensor for the light had not been reconnected properly when the Toyota dealer (I will not name names but they're in Henderson!) installed a new car battery earlier this year. Sansone's did not charge me for looking at this.
I've been taking my Prius to Sansone's for a couple of years now since I got fed up with the dealer always finding "extra" things that needed to be "fixed." The folks at Sansone's have always been friendly, honest, courteous and respectful. They do things in a very timely manner and my car is always clean and odor-free when returned. They have explained the work done on my car in a straightforward, non-condescending manner. In the rare case that they can't get a part, they'll tell you where you can get it.
I feel very confident leaving my car with them. Their prices are fair and I don't have to worry about being charged for phantom "repairs." I highly recommend them!

My car was checked by the Meineke shop on4337 E.. Sunset Road , after 2 weeks of not knowing the problem of the a/c.( price $880.00 +) I check Angie's list & found Sansone's.($ 181.00)

Easy to make appointment online.. quick response and appointment made. I always know the work will be quality and done on-time. No upsale on anything but gives recommendations on anything that may need to be taken care of. Friendly staff. Will drop you off at home when you take your car in for service. Was bummed that they don't do front-end alignments though! I will always use Sansone for my Acura!!

One of the things that we appreciated most about them is that I could make an appointment and show up and they were ready to put the car up on their act. There's no, "Gee, we're really busy this morning. It will take a couple extra hours." They're responsible to making commitments on when a service would start. That's one of the things that has happened every time I've been there, they meet their commitments to schedule. The value for what we got is very good.

I have taken all of my cars to Sansone's for the past 7 years. We first found about them from a friends recommendation. I usually work on my own car but if it's something I can't do I'll take it to them. They will pretty much work on any type of car. I like how they give you the quotes up front and they are open at later hours. I will give them an "A" straight across the board.

After I picked up the vehicle it didn't seem any different, although the clutch assembly had been replaced. On the way home, placed thermometer in air register and found temperature to be same as outside air. Verified that pressurized Freon was present at Schrade Valve. I took it to Toyota dealer (Findlay) who replaced compressor. It now cools like new.

I brought my car in for an oil change, they told me that the screw on the oil pan was stripped, then refused to give me my car back unless I paid $500 to have the oil pan fixed. I paid for it to get the car back, then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I ended up getting my money back, but it was a terrible experience. The owner was unbelievably arrogant and seemed to think he owned my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

"THE MEMBER BROUGHT HER CAR IN FOR A OIL AND FILTER. MY TECHNICIAN REMOVED THE DRAIN PLUG AND THE THREADS CAME OUT WITH IT. WE SEE THIS OFTEN AND THIS IS USUALLY CAUSED BY BEING CROSS THREADED OR OVER TORQUED. TO REPLACE THE OIL PAN AND GASKET WITH A NEW ONE WOULD BE $367.00. OUR REPAIR HERE IS TO WELD A NUT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE OLD OIL PAN, FOR $186.00 AND THAT IS A BIG DIFFERENCE FROM $360.00. AS FAR AS $500.00 REIMBURSEMENT, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. HE WAS REIMBURSED $186.00, EVEN AFTER HER AUTHORIZATION. WE HERE AT SANSONE`S FELT IT WAS BETTER TO WASH OUR HANDS OF HER THREAT TO BAD MOUTH THE ESTABLISHMENT. HERE AT SANSONE`S, WE THRIVE ON KEEPING CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE REPAIRS NEEDED. I REALLY BELIEVE THIS WAS TRUE MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE REPAIR."

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Sansone's. It is possible to bring the car in, the day after calling, and the check up only took a couple of hours. Instead of waiting around while the work was being done, the owner, himself drove me to a book store, and then picked me up. This was very refreshing after the experience I had at the dealership we had been going to. The car seems to run much better after the check up, too.

I always bring my car to this service place when it needs any repairs and I trust them. They worked on it within the time span they told me they would, and I've had no engine problems since.
