Description of Work: Bob Rudd took air samples from inside the condo in several areas. He sent the samples to a lab and reported back to us his findings and gave us advice on how to handle the situation. He recommended a contractor to do the mold remediation. Once the job was completed, he again took air samples, sent them to lab, then he informed us of the results. We live in California and we immediately subscribed to Angie's List where we began looking for someone to help us. We came across Rudd Environmental Services and the following day we met Mr. Rudd in Las Vegas at the condo. We went inside and he took air samples in the bathroom and a small hallway. The next day he called and we met and he informed us that there was mold. Once all the mold remediation was completed, he again went inside and took samples of the air and sent them to the lab.

Description of Work: Mr. Rudd came to the house to test the air quality, collect mold samples, and test for asbestos, which he did in a timely fashion. He used to be a home inspector, so he pointed out other things in the house that we might want to have checked out (by other contractors). He was friendly and professional and did a thorough job. He is also on the A & E show "Flipping Vegas". The price is high because of the amount of testing we had done--something like 9 asbestos samples and 12 mold samples. He told me the minimum we needed to have done, but we opted for the most the thorough.
