Rising Sun Plumbing

Sink drain pipe had a leak. The sink was heavy and had to be reattached by cabinet company warranty. They possible left out the gasket and the pipe was slightly kinked at the joint. Took a couple weeks to notice a very slow leak but got worse and figured out where water was leaking from. Plumber sent out to check and the leak was stopped but later that night it was leaking badly again. called next day to set up an appointment and was told it was not a warranty issue. Tried to set up an appointment for the plumber to come back and fix it. Customer service rep never returned calls so went with another company. Was watching plumber take apart the drain pipe and there was no gasket between the joints. Either cabinet/sink repair guys left it out or RSP plumber left it out. Either way not happy and at another site, this companies ratings are mostly bad. $123.00 was paid to other company for maybe a $1.35 gasket. Will not ever use this company again.
