 + -1 moreAfter an exhaustive search, I went ahead and used another PM company based on a referral from a good friend of mine. Although I would not hesitate to use the Ravago Management group to manage my property.
Description of Work: I was in search of a new PM group to manage my rental property. I had recently terminated my contract with my previous PM. I sent Ken and his team an email and followed that up with a phone call. He sent me a proposal via email for my review. Ken was easy to talk to on the phone and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

 + -1 moreKen and his team with RE/MAX-Ravago Management Group did a great job taking over the challenging task of managing our rental property. After a couple of times trying to handle the task on our own; we decided to outsource the headache of dealing with tenants. Ken responded very quickly to our initial inquiry. Had our property on the market in less than a week (after repair's) and found a qualified tenant with 2 weeks. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. Was very easy to reach via phone and especially email. Their online portal is also a great tool for accessing statements and knowing what is going on with our home 24/7. Great experience thus far!
Description of Work: 1. Assisted in repair's and reconditioning of our rental property. 2. Marketed our rental property on various websites and mls. 3. Perfomed background screening. 4. Prepared lease and is currently managing our rental property.
