Home Inspection
Regional Appraisal Service was very thorough in their property inspection. The lady they sent was very nice and had a very friendly personality. She made sure that she checked for any electrical or plumbing problems in every room. She also checked the heating and air conditioning systems, as well as the physical structure of the home. The inspection was paid for by our bank so I was not sure on how much it cost.
