They came the very next day. They were quick and were on time. They got the work done really well and we were very happy with them. This is the second time that we used them. We would use them again.

They refused to move any furniture to clean the carpet. When the man put the scotch guard on, he did not measure the amounts to put in the machine, and he over did it, so it was stiff and it crunched when you walked on it. They sent someone out to try and dilute it, but the carpet is still stiff two years later. When I spoke to the owner two months later about the problem, he said, "Too bad, you're past the thirty day guarantee."

This was the first time we used Chem Dry, and we were quite pleased with the results. All stains were removed and the heavy traffic areas were well cleaned. They moved the furniture and carefully replaced it. The carpets dried in a few hours.
