Matthew was close by and was able to respond to my phone call with 1/2 hour. He took pictures of the broken motor from atop a ladder and showed me exactly what was wrong. I appreciated this very much. The motor needed replaced and we arranged to meet 4 hours later for him to do the work. Before he left, he got the door to close (I hadn't been able to do that) so that my house was safe. He arrived exactly on time to replace the motor; it took about an hour. For no charge, he inspected and balanced the door itself. He also checked out the other components, such as the springs, but said they were in fine shape.
He did not try to "upsell" me, was very professional, and as noted above did the repair in a very timely manner.
He gave me a 10% Angie's List discount. I checked his price out on the internet and found it to be competive.
I highly recommend him.
