The exterior stitching in an older, very comfortable pair of backpacking boots wore through and unraveled.  I took them to Quality Shoe Repair and got an estimate of cost and completion time.  I picked them up two days later and payed the quoted price.  I have been wearing them almost every day since with complete satisfaction.

Well established store with knowledgeable staff and prompt courteous service. Also do repairs on luggage, handbags and more. A gem. Will definitely go back whenever there's a need.

I had a pair of shoes with a minor, but difficult, repair that I couldn't do myself. When I brought it in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained to me what could be done and gave me quotes for the shoe that was broken only, or doing both to match. Originally they said the shoes would be ready the next day, but when I said it was difficult for me to get across town to them and I wouldn't be able to come back for a week or more, they said they could get it done in half an hour -- and they did!
The work was done very quickly and very well for a very reasonable price. They even polished my shoes, which I was not expecting! I highly recommend this business for anyone needing a shoe repair. They were quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced.
As a side note, Angie's List required me to select a and quot;Home Build Yearand quot;. I have no idea what this means. This service had nothing to do with my home, so if you are reading this review, please disregard this field as it is meaningless here.

I took my sandals in, he had me try the shoe on to check a measurement, quoted me a price. I agree to pay up front and was told they would be ready by Wednesday, which they were. The repair seems to be a stronger one than the last time when I had the same repair done by another shoe repair place (now out of business).

I was impressed because they did a great job -- my sandals were ready the next day and I think their price was reasonable. The employees were courteous, too. I will definately use this business again -- I will bring in a purse that has some leather that needs to be redyed.

I walked in, asked them if they could fix my shoes, and I showed them what was wrong with them. They said they could do it in 5 minutes if I wanted to wait, so of course, I did! Sure enough, just over 5 minutes later, I had my shoes back and they looked brand new! I'll use these guys again for sure! I asked about handbag repair and they do that as well, so I'll bring them a couple of my handbags to repair soon.

Friendly greeting upon entering; diagnosed problem immediately (related to the way I walk) - suggested a course of action; promised shoes back by that afternoon; they were ready when promised. A tad expensive but well worth the price (you get what you pay for). I've been to other local shoe repairs and I've gotten too many surly owner / operators.
