They are very good. They are always on time. They do good work. They are not overpriced. If they are ever going to be late, they would always call. But they were mostly on time. It has been a while since I used them. They cleaned up everything. The quality and professionalism was excellent.

I really like them.  I will use them in the future.

I sent an e-mail to Ian Kempler, describing the work that needed to be done and he in turn replied by phone to give me a cost estimate and to schedule a work date. He also explained in detail what would be done, what replacement parts would be needed and how much it could cost to have the job done. Dustin was the plumber who came to do the work. He was very friendly and competent and very neat. He found that we needed a new water supply tube and shut off valve for the toilet and only added the cost of the those parts. It took a bit longer to complete the work but he made sure everything worked like it was supposed to. He cleaned everything up and even wiped up the floor. This if the first time we've used this company and for sure, this is a "keeper" for future work needed.

Dustin did a great job. He arrived right on time and went to work. He had to take out some old tile to install the new valve and did so with great care. When finished, all was cleaned up. Thank you.

Did an excellent job. Very courteous. I am a senior citizen and he was very kind and explained the problem so I could understand what repairs he had to do and the cost. Very clean. I would recommend him to all my senior citizen friends.

Ian the plumber was excellent. He did the job at a very affordable price, this even included the faucet! He was running a special. He also cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would recommend him to anyone.
