We recently bought a home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We know that the carpets were professionally cleaned before it was up on the market. We contacted ProClean LLC Premium Carpet Cleaning and are so happy that we did. Jeff showed us the machine he uses to do a seven step, thorough deep cleaning process which actually cleans down to the very bottom of the carpet. Were we surprised when he showed us what came out of these carpets and to think we might have been walking on this filth made me cringe. Our chocolate colored carpet looked so much better and even newer. The pile stood straight up, not flattened like before. It also smelled a lot better instead of chemical residue. Mr. Jeff Oakley of ProClean LLC presented himself as very professional, knowledgeable, honest, dependable and very concerned with our wishes. He explained the cleaning process, how long it would take to clean the carpet in the house, drying time and what differences we should notice after they were cleaned. Also there were never any upcharges or additional charges in the final invoice. He stood by his quote. Honesty and integrity from this company is so much appreciatedā¦.not to mention the cleanest of carpets!!!! His slogan āNow you have a friend in the carpet cleaning businessā is literally a true statement because I feel I do indeed have a new friend. I would never use any company other than ProClean LLC to clean my carpets. You will be a very happy camper if you give them a call to clean your dirtiest of carpets.
