MANNER.  THE ONLY BUMP IN THE ROAD WAS, AS ALWAYS, GETTING THE UNDERWRITER/S TO HAVE COMMON SENSE

WITH SOME OF THEIR REQUESTS.  ALL OF THE BUMPS WERE SMOOTHED OUT IMMEDIATELY BY DAVE AND HIS

COMMUNICATIONS WERE TERRIFIC.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED DAVE IF YOU IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A NEW

It went well. We reside in WA and our house is in NV. The sale and purchase was handled by email, phone and scanned documents and when necessary a meeting. All communication were easy and prompt.

I first found out about Pinnacle Mortgage Solutions on the Bankrate website.  Talked to Dave Taylor on the phone; found out he's right here in Henderson, NV; really liked Dave's detailed/logical explanations of how the refinancing process works with respect to lender, interest rates, etc.  From then on, smooth sailing; just necessary documents being requested and sent.  Dave is very prompt in answering questions via phone/email.  The best part of the whole experience, of course, was the rock bottom settlement charges for a loan over $400K.  I asked to write this review on Angie's List and Yelp.  In short, low key, and the best price.
