I've been using Scott's petsitting service for a couple of years now.  He is very personable and communicative. He does a great job taking care of the cats, mail, trash, etc. so I can feel peace of mind while out of town.  Highly recommend.

I have used this services for several years.  Always good, helpful and professional. In the past, Scott has also provided extra service as requested.  Usual services include pet sitting and making sure the house appears occupied...lights, papers and mail if necessary.

Pets R Family Too was first recommended to me by a friend who had 2 dogs and 4 cats. She was very satisfied with the services provided. That recommendation was ten years ago and from the first visit to their most recent I have always been extremely satisfied with the services they provide. 
Their company name explains their approach to caring for your pets. Before sitting with a new client/s, Scott visits with both you and your pets. This visit allows Scott to get acquainted with the family and what is needed to make the visits a success. I have cats and Scott got right down on the floor to get acquainted and play with them. Both of my cats responded to him immediately. They knew he was an animal person. 
I am totally at ease leaving my loved ones in the care of Pets R Family Too and will continue to both use and recommend their service.

It is very rare, I've found, to hire a service company that does the job without my involvement (e.g. making corrections or following up on issues), exceeds my expectations, and can do it time and again.  This is that company.
We have had Scott care for our cat multiple times and it has always gone well.  We schedule via text message.  When he comes, he texts me to know he's been there (and adds very charming descriptions of what my cat is up too, etc.). 
It seemed weird to just pack up and leave for a weekend.  Our cat is social and I can tell she thinks it's weird to be left all weekend.  A kennel would be worse.  This is this the best solution I've found and I'm happy we tried it out and especially happy to have found Scott and Pets R Familly Too.

As always it was terrific. Have had this pet service for 10 years. Always on time, takes good care of the animal. Cleans up if there are any accidents and makes sure the house is in order. Always available to contact should there be a change in plans either coming, going, or dates and times. We are sure to email as soon as we are home. If they do not hear from us they make another visit to be sure the animal is ok.

We have been so pleased with Pets R Family Too. Our initial visit with Scott many years ago was very professional, with detailed questions from him on how we wanted him to care for our cats. Their feeding area was always clean and litter box area tidy. Over the years, we've had a couple of emergency situations. In one situation, my husband had surgery in California and his hospitalization took longer than we had planned. Our cats were well taken care of for the additional time and it was one less thing to worry about during that period. More recently, we had travel plans that we could not change and found that our cat was very ill just prior to leaving. Scott took excellent care of Dusty, coordinating with the veterinarian, picking him up from the hospital and giving him his medicine when needed. He sent us updates, pictures, and in general made our travel less stressful for us because we knew Dusty was in good hands. Dusty is gone now but we wouldn't think of using any service other than Pets Are Family Too when we get another pet. Scott genuinely cares about pets in his charge.

I felt so relived after meeting Scott, not only was he quite
professional, he was compassionate as we rarely leave our 2 little dogs.
Scott  looked  in on our pups to give a little company,  their food and
water, plus collected the paper each day. He even sent us texts to let
us know all is well. My next trip will already have one of my biggest
concerns taken care of, as Scott is the next best thing to us being
home.

We have used him a lot for the last 5 or 6 years. There was a time when he was coming over every day, twice a day, to care for and spend time with our cat, while we were away for 3 months. You can tell he really cares about animals. He offers excellent care and provides us updates daily. In addition, he takes out the garbage, cleans the litter box, and looks after our home, for us. He has been genuinely caring for our cat for many years. We highly recommend him.

Scott kept on eye on the inside and outside of the house. Gave us some peace of mind about any burglary, sprinkler or plumbing problems while we were away. Reliable and professional. Would recommend for petsitting as well.

Our experience with Scott was excellent. Our cat is 10 years old, needs medication daily, and is used to having a family member take care of him when we go out of town. Our circumstances have changed and since we needed a pet sitter I found Scott on Angie's List. My husband and I liked him immediately and my usually shy Tom cat even warmed up a bit on the first visit. Scott knew that I was nervous leaving my cat and he texted me everyday and even sent a picture of my boy and him getting along quite well. We could relax on our trip and not worry about the cat or our home. We came home to a calm, happy and healthy cat. A much different experience then when we boarded him for a week at our vet for the first and last time only a month prior. Not only was my cat miserable for over three days after we brought him home but they did not administer his medicine the entire time we were gone and it took a while to get him back on track. I will never make that mistake again. I trust Scott and think that he does a great job. He loves animals and knows a lot about them as well. He is a hard worker, trustworthy and dependable. I would recommend him and use him again.
