 + -1 moreThe initial response was prompt and they came to my home to give me an estimate (in June). The quote I was given was the best one I had gotten for the job. The job was scheduled and then something came up and I had to reschedule. That was pretty much the end of it. Often calls went unreturned or I was told they would get back to me. They never did. I tried unsuccessfully to reschedule with them all summer. I finally gave up.
Description of Work: I contacted Pepco flooring to sand & finish the wood floor in my kitchen.
