If you don't want your ear talked off, do not use this service. I feel like she should be paying me sometimes. A salesman at NPS reccommended this company, because it was his friend that used to work with him and he gets a kickback. I had a brand new pool, so I gave it a shot. The woman and runs the phone line is the woman's husband, who is at home doing dishes and chores while she tries to talk to you. Or she asks you to hang on, while she answers the door or does who knows what else?? That is a problem, but the worst of it is that she talks and talks and explains all about how pools work in detail.....hey, that's WHY I hired you...I don't want to her it. She is a GIANT waste of time and I feel she does it on purpose. I went back to the store and complained to the salesman about how she goes on and on and on talking and he told me that he hears that ALL THE TIME!!! Wow! I wish I would not have listened to him. Dont make the same mistake I did!!!
