They showed up when they said they would show up. They were courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. I had gotten an outrageous quote from another A/C company who was charging me double. They were really trying to sell me on getting a new A/C unit. I instead went with Padilla and it paid off. I would definitely use them again.

We called Francisco first and he came out to our home the same day to evaluate our situation at no charge. After finding that our compressor was grounded, he gave us a quote with four options for different repairs we could do in terms of what we wanted to replace with different warranties. He did not try to upsell us or push us into the higher price options. We eventually decided to do the lowest cost repair, and he did the work quickly and efficiently and it's now working, exactly as promised! He was very responsive and showed up when he said he would at every time. He was the lowest quite we received from four different HVAC companies, and he was a pleasure to work with. Very professional. I plan to use him for all my HVAC needs in the future and to recommend him to all my friends. Finding honest and reliable repairmen is a challenge, but we found our guy in Francisco!

Best experience ever! Do you remember how hot it was on July 1st? I think it was 117. NO AIR on Sunday. Left a voice message Sunday and by 10 AM on Monday....AIR.

See statement on service preformed. New air-conditioning and heating system installed. Padilla came out before the system was delivered to measure. There was a crane that moved the air-conditioning into place. All of the work men were very professional.

We had used this company before a couple of years ago when we bought two other furnaces and an air conditioner from Sears. Padilla installed and serviced these units. We were pleased with their service so when our second air conditioner went out we called them. The owner gave us an estimate several days before putting in the air conditioner. He did real good work and still works for Sears also; he is a sub-contractor for them and has his own business as well. We were real happy with his work; he was here when he said he would be and had everything in line. He is very competent and our unit had no problem passing the city inspection. He is a real good guy to deal with and is one of the best contractors that we have used; he also does the warranty work on Carrier, which is the brand of equipment that we have purchased.

We just bought a house- and a day later the air condtioner went out. we called padilla's and they came out right away. they got the part and came out at 6:30 am - so my mother in law wouldn't suffer from the heat. Its hard to find someone you can trust. I am in the appliance parts business, so i know a lot of companies and pricing. Padilla's gave me a great deal. Integrity goes a long way in my book.
