I have bought a few homes before. Most of the time I eould be waiting for the calls to be returned or supplying a continual amount of paperwork and documents. An agent told me to use Ron Weiss. I was skeptical but I figured i had nothimg to lose. Boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! From the first call I knew Mr. Weiss knew his business. By the time we met (three days later) everything was filled out for me to sign and he had given me a list of what to bring. He smiled and told me I was a member of the family and not to do anything unless I told him first . From the first conversation to loan approval took 12 days. Every phone call was returned within a few hours and I could even reach him on evenings and weekends. Everything was explained and he gave me choices and options. I would HIGHLY recommend him! Its not often that you get exceptional service and Mr. weiss gives it. He takes care of everything himself too. Didnt have to talk to processors or anyone else. He did it all. No one could believe how fast it was and I had a couple of dings on my credit. Oh yeah.... He helped me with that too. The most stress free transaction I have ever had!
