OCEANS CARPET & TILE CARE

Oceans called the day before service to acknowledge appointment. Arrived within time-frame of appointment. Reviewed and listened to requests plus answered questions. Gave an up front cost before work started. Professional appearance. Carpet cleaning very good, moving furniture where applicable and placing legs on protective foam until carpet dry; pre-spotting included. Tile cleaning good but grout did not come as clean as expected in places although greatly improved. The grout sealant is good; however, the application process was messy, leaving dried spots of sealant on top of tiles. These spots do come off with the first and second normal weekly cleaning. They do tell you how to care for the carpet, tile and grout for better wear after cleaning is completed.

My home is about three years old with ceramic tile in the kitchen; family room and we have three small children. The flooring in the downstairs is white ceramic tile and the cleaning job done by Oceans Tile Care made it look bright again. The service man came on time, stripped the sealer plus cleaned the tile and everything came out beautiful.
