I waited for hours.

I dealt with James at Oasis, and he was absolutely the best! Professional, courteous, helpful and responsive. I also had a smaller problem with a power window on my other car when I picked-up the one with the A/C problem, and he also took care of that for me very promptly.
This is only the second time I've been to Oasis, but I will always look to them first for any auto servicing needs in the future.

I have been there a few times now. First for a transmission issue. I know something about auto care, so I told the guys just what I wanted done. I dropped the car off at night since my problem came about mid-day. They owner was still there at 8pm when I went to drop the car off. I left my keys and information. I got a call early the next day with an estimate and with the estimate so low, I asked for a cost to replace 2 window regulators - with a great total estimate I asked for all of the work to be done. By the end of the day I got a call saying the work was done and a test drive was done all in the same day. I was expecting the car to be there for 2 or 3 days.
2nd (and 3rd) visit was for a smog failure. I researched the codes the car gave me and did 1 repair myself - that didn't fix it. The 2nd repair recommendation i found was too much for me and the repair I found was all I wanted the shop to do. I printed out the guide and brought it with me to the shop. I showed the guys what was recommended and asked that they do just that and they asked to keep the guide and they'll get right to it. They did the work and cleared the computer memory (smog failure data), I had to drive the car for a few days to see if all was good. Unfortunately that didn't fix it, so I brought it back and said, whatever needs fixed, I have to pass the smog check asap. Well, they did some work, and I picked up the car the next day as I couldn't get back the same day. Whatever they did, that fixed my issue.
I worked at a shop when I was young and my friends worked at dealerships, so I know the good/bad things that a repair shops can be like. Since moving to Vegas, I am happy to say I found a trustworthy repair shop and would highly recommend this place.

I knew the clutch was starting to go so I asked my regular service mechanic for a quote. I was shocked with there estimate so I decided to shop around. I called Oasis for a quote over the phone, I was given a quote and told the parts were on hand and they were available to do the repair that day. I made an appointment for the follow day, I dropped the car off in the morning and they told me the work would be complete by 5:00 PM. I was very happy when they called me in under six hours to tell me my car was ready for pick up.
The price I was quoted matched the estimate to the dollar, no up-sales or hard sales tactics to perform extra services.

I appreciated there honesty and the repair was done beautifully. I will be going back for all of my auto repairs.
