They are a property management company. I don’t like the way they are managing.

Property Management
This is a good management company; they charge 10% of the rent plus a few hundred dollars for start up. The accounting was always great. My only criticism would be that they suggested I replace a dryer that broke with a used dryer. The vendor gave them a lemon, and I ended up buying a new one for the tenant anyway. I understand they've since changed that police can no longer buy used appliances. I also recommend having a home warranty on the property, that way repairs done while you're not in town are guaranteed thru the warranty.
