New Solutions, Coby, have been doing the pest control at our home for 1 1/2 years now. They took over from a very well known company here in Las Vegas that has many trucks, advertising etc.. I was not satisfied with the service with that company because I felt that after I had them come and spray in a matter of weeks we had a mass amount of spiders again. When I called that company with my concerns multiple times they would come back and treat, reluctantly for free this time, but another treatment would cost me.
I found that to be ridiculous because I had paid up front for a years service and been told that their treatments would last for at least 2-3months and then they would be back to treat again. That was not the case...
I was happy to have Coby and his NEW SOLUTIONS come to our home. Not only was his company just starting to get off the ground, which I am always happy to support, but he was very informative about the pest solutions they use. He explained how different companies can and sometimes use a cheaper brand of pest control to save them money but it ends up making customers less satisfied because they don't get they pest control staying power they desire and or paid for. I researched the product that Coby company uses and it is a great pest control. I don't have to call in-between treatment dates for problems. Now I know that water washes off the solution. So when the kids swim I expect that in those areas over time the product will diminish more rapidly but that is expected.
I highly recommend this company for pest control because they are honest, not to big for their breeches attitude your just another number! They treat you with respect. Something most large company's seem to forget that they once started out small and treated their beginning customers well.

My recently purchased home needed pigeon proofing and power washing in three places. I called the company late this morning, and five hours later the job was done. A roost on the roof was removed, three pigeon hang outs were screened and spiked, accumulations of pigeon droppings were removed, and soiled areas were power washed. Most impressive to me was the prompt response (I have yet to hear back from two other companies I contacted). Included in the price was spraying for bugs (exterior), which was offered at a greatly discounted price. The senior discount was used. I am 100% satisfied.

I called Pest tech to get an estimate on the pigeon removal last week and they answered right away.
They came out to give me the price and explained everything that the pigeons were doing.
There were 6 affected places on my roof and they brought down pictures to show me. It was bad (alot of Poop).
They 2 gentlemen were very polite and knowledgable. I got the price and decided to go with them.
They told me that they plan their days with making sure they could do a project at the same time they gave the bid.
Which is what I was really looking for.
So they began by vacuuming the poop so I didnt have to see it, then they pressure washed the whole roof.
After that they screened off multiple places where pigeons were living, even next to a chimney.
I had them put spikes on the edge of my roof on the peak and they said there needed to be spikes next to the cubby nest areas cause there would still be shade for them to be under.
I have not heard one sound from the pigeons.
