+ -1 moreForgot to order it and lied about it so it took 10 days not the 3 promised to arrive. Liner was missing from order - more excuses. Liner finally arrived 21/2 weeks after original order and days after I received another one that I ordered online and cost an additional $43. Was without my bed for 2 extra weeks due to incompetence and lack of responsiveness. Also had to call several times and did not get call backs as promised.
