Whole process from estimate to completion was easy and informal. Crew arrived exactly on schedule and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Crew arrived on time, completed the job timely and quality of work was excellent. They cleaned up very well. The company is very accommodating to your needs.

The crew doing the job showed up on time and were friendly. Only complaint was I wanted a receipt for cash given and they couldn't provide so I made one out and had him sign.

The Mesquite in front was just getting to big, it was to close to the front of the house and it was starting to lean somewhat towards the street. The Pepper in back was just ugly. In less than 1 hour they had removed both trees, ground out the stumps plus 1 more stump my gardeners left behind years ago, chipped up all the branches, loaded the stumps that were to big to go through the chipper, cleaned up their mess including sweeping, raking and blowing the debris. They did not damage any of the surrounding plants in the yard either. They were efficient, polite, clean and I would definitely use them again. Originally, a gentleman came to the house to give us an estimate and he told us it would be about 10 days or so and we would be put on the list when they were going to be in our neighborhood again. That was fine with me, I was in no hurry. They called in 3 days. Super company, I would highly recommend them. I have also seen their trucks in my neighborhood quite often, they must be doing something right! Keep up the great work and the superior customer service!

I needed a very large mesquite tree and two palm trees trimmed. The mesquite is the biggest one I have seen and it was quite overgrown and despite trimming in previous years we have had incidents of breaks in high winds. Frank, the owner, arrived the previous week and gave a fair estimate and explained what all they would do.
On the day of the service a crew of 4 arrived promptly. They worked very efficiently together trimming and carrying and chipping.
They trimmed the mequite very nicely, thinning it out and bringing it in and up. Hopefully we will not see any damage from storms this year. The palms were also done very cleanly.
Surprisingly they took just a little over two hours to finish everything. I was very happy that the crew hauled away everything and cleaned the yard up after the job.
I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Nevada Tree service has men employed who climb to the very top of tall palm trees using safety belts and devices on their shoes. When the branches are cut off using electric equipment the limbs fall to the ground. A crew member picks it up and carries it to the trailer attached to the back of the big truck. The cutting equipment in the traylor cuts it so as to manage a large amount of branches.

The men were very efficient and skillful. They cut all the branches I had asked them to cut and none that I did not want cut.

I was very pleased with the job they did. I use this company every year.

They did an excellent job and they were excellent. They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy that they knew what they were doing better than I did. Four or five men came then and did a lot of work since I have a lot of trees to be trimmed. Their price was a little expensive but it was worth it. I would have been happy if it was a little less expensive but I got my money's worth. They also spoke English and that is good because I like to be able to communicate with the people that do work for me.

We called Saturday March 8 wondering if they could get us an estimate over the phone about a pine tree that was subject to a recent fire. We were quoted the $550 price over the phone. We had hoped that it would survive the incident but as the warmer weather began all of our plants had new growth except that one. Frank came by for a free in-person estimate, which was the same as what he quoted over the phone, and said he would be able to schedule us for March 18. We received a call Monday saying that they would be in the area Thursday March 13 and would be able to take care of our tree early that day. The individuals showed up on time at 7 a.m. and were done by 8:30. They were friendly, professional, and seemed to enjoy their work by having a great attitude. They worked quickly and efficiently as a team and cleaned up the yard of the debris from the tree. We now have a pile of firewood and enough mulch for the rest of our plants and some trees we'll be planting in the near future.

They did a great job on the tree. All the guys that showed up were earlier then the stated time. They were very professional and polite had the tree trimmed, all the debris removed and even cleaned up the area in between in approximately 20 minutes.

Great results with comments from neighbors on excellence of finished appearance. All cuttings, trash and limbs removed. Very quick response to request for service. Price reasonable for time and number of laborers involved.

It was good work. I thought it was great. We had a crack in our wall and we were told it was the roots of a tree that had done this. The fellow that came out said it wasn't this tree because the roots from this tree wouldn't do that. Right or wrong, he ended up not taking the tree down but he trimmed it out. To me, that was really honest. His boss probably wasn't happy but he talked us out of taking down this beautiful tree. We felt they were professional. We had another company that had to keep coming back to get rid of a stump. Nevada Tree Service got it all done in one trip. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any debris. We will be calling them again soon to help us with another tree.

They did an excellent job on one of the two trees. I was not very happy with the trimming they did on the tree in the back. I did not feel that they took enough off and there are some branches left that needed to be cut off. I told the guy that was here of my concern but he did not seem to want to do anything about it. I would not use them again.

They were very quick to respond to our request. They did the work that they said they would do at the price we were quoted. They cleaned up well. The price was a little on the high side, but we wanted it done right.

We had them take a tree out previously. We like them, we had them back the second time. They seem to be pretty professional, their prices are reasonable, they are prompt and efficient.

They were very careful about the service and the debris, and they cleaned up. When I called about removing the stump, they came back out and did that for no charge. I was so pleased with their service, I wrote a thank you note to the owner.

Frank was nice and very prompt (he called us back shortly after our initial inquiry telling us he was on his way, even though we didn't specifically ask him to stop by). While at our house inspecting our trees he informed us that we needed additional work done on other trees, including additional pruning and the application of fertilizer. The price ended up being a bit higher, but we agreed. A few days later, when his crew showed up, they performed almost all of the work indicated minus the application of tree fertilizer. What was very concerning, though, was some damage that was done to our house which we discovered after they left. The crews ladders were placed up against our home and broke through some of the stucco on our house. Though the damage was cosmetic in nature only, when my husband was able to contact Frank he insisted his crew did not cause any of the damage. He did not stop by to check nor did he return our calls. He was available most of the time we contacted him. In the end, it cost us about $30 to fix the damage and our trees have done OK.

They did a fine job, but they aren't the cheapest place in town. That's for sure. They do a great job. They provide good, fast service. You know the price up front, so if you're willing to pay the price, it's fine.

Called them about an estimate, he came the next day and gave me an estimate. I had an idea of about how much it was going to cost compared with other Tree Service people that I found on Angie's List. I had used this company before and remembered that they had done a good job and the price was reasonable. I needed the trees done quickly as I found a couple of cracks in my tile and my pool plumbing was rising out of the ground. So money was #1 and time was #2. Called them, they came out and gave an estimate and said they could do it when they were in the neighborhood next. They came out the next day and cut the trees down, ground them up and cleaned everything up like the trees never existed. They did a great job. I didn't have them ground down the stumps as they said if they just cut to ground level they could cover the stumps with the rock that was already located on the property. I was very happy with the results. My family was there when they took the trees out and said it took just a few minutes. Again, you wouldn't know the trees were there, nor can you tell the guys were there and took them out. I was very happy with the price and the service.

The estimate they gave me was a little high and the serviceman did leave a little bit of a mess. They also did services that we didn't even ask for them to do. I think there was poor communication within the company as well because they came out on the wrong day and no one returned our phone calls as they just showed up to do the work.
