Every experience I had with Mission West Pools & Spas was great. I dealt with Bill Relaford exclusively from the day we discussed building a pool until the project was completed. Their pricing was very competitive and yet quality remained excellent. All crews kept the work site clean and they were all very courteous. Our project was a little more complex than an average pool. As things progressed we requested minor changes which Bill was happy to work with us on and didn't see it as an opportunity to charge us for changes. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with tile selections, equipment, options, etc. Remarkably, with COVID-19 at its peak, Bill was able to break ground in late February and wrap up the project by the first week of June. If youâ re looking for a great experience, quality work and a very competitive price I highly recommend them. This is the 4th pool I've had built in 20 years and this was by far my best experience.

Doug should give Barry a huge raise! Barry is THE face of Mission West. He is awesome! Barry draws your plan free hand (kind of amazing and nice in this computer age!), returns every single call or text, and explains every step of the way clearly. The crews that came out were fabulous as well. They arrived when they said they would and showed pride and ownership of their work. And yes, Doug DOES come out when the job is finished! A truly warm and down to earth person. We highly recommend Barry and his MW crew, you will not be disappointed.

We shopped several pool companies and a smaller pool with a small waterfall was over 100,000.00 or more! Barry came out to our house & drew the pool free hand! It is a backyard we never thought we could afford at half the cost!! We are so happy and would highly recommend them!!

Barry has been awesome throughout the project, he always returns phone calls if he can't answer the phone right away. I would highly recommend Mission West Pools to anyone thinking about getting a pool.

Listened to everything I wanted and his crew did a fabulous job, respected my property and always cleaned up. Beautiful pool for a great price. Barry was awesome. Always available. And the owner came out in the end to inspect it and was very helpful. These people are perfectionists and it shows in their product.

Having worked in the judicial system and listening to 30 years of horror stories re incompetent workmanship and downright fraud in the pool business, I am delighted to report Barry and his landscaping crew have never failed to go out of their way to satisfy our requests. With the swimming pool season underway, my recommendation as a 40 year resident is you will get not only an aesthetically beautiful, quality product, but also professional customer service the likes of which I have never had in Las Vegas.

Barry is one of the most honest and funny pool salesman I've ever met. He kept his word about everything he told us. His famous saying is "We don't fool around, we pool around!".

They were quick, and the pool looks terrific, its like brand new.
