We came home after xmas to a flood caused by a broken pipe. After the shock wore off I was able to find David Miller's lising on my smartphone. His son Danny came out with his crew within the hour to perform the water extraction, and he made us feel at ease. It took a week to dry out with blowers, dehumidifiers, cutting out drywall, etc. The crew was there each morning to keep tabs on the progress, and they were very puctual.
The insurance company sends a contractor to bid the project, and we considered using them. David said he would accept the same bid and cover the deductible. We felt that using this family busines would provide a higher level of attention and we were right. David was there every day for the following month to make sure the restoration was done right. Our house ended up looking much better than even before the flood. The price quoted above was covered by our insurance, so we didn't actually have to pay it out of our own pocket.
