It went very well. Friendly, courteous and professional.

Very Responsive and very quick.

No complaints and no returns due to not fixing the problem the first time.

The service was generally great, but I had a difficult situation the last time. I found out they gouging customers on the battery pricing. Also, I went to a dealer for a diagnostic test to compare results, and the dealer was charging me much less for a smaller project. I am now searching for a new mechanic.

Overall, I had an excellent experience all three times. Tabitha Grice is the manager and she has an excellent team of receptionist and mechanics who are courteous, professional and highly skilled.

I noticed my oil gauge reading around 1500 whenever I took my foot off the gas. My memory told me it had ran much higher than that. I called them and they had me tow the car to them. They called me and said the oil sensing unit was bad and they changed it. I picked the car up and before I got out of the parking lot; I noticed it was still reading extremely low. I left the car and the next day, she called and said she thought the gauge might be bad, as all the pressure readings were fine. As I start up the car, and look at the new, gawdy piecemeal work of an external gauge. I STILL see a very low reading. I walk back in and tell her, only to be informed that the reading of 1500 was where it should have been, meaning I never needed the the sensing unit, nor the gawdy gauge. Also, I had clearly said I wanted the old sending unit. I was so mad when I realized I never needed all this stuff, I never went back to press the issue. I'm done with them. Lessoned learned for $169!
