CAT 3 water loss through half my house due to the guest bathroom toilet. I am older and didn't know what to do so I found them online. Mayday showed up to place equipment to help with the smell and some drying. They had to do tear out to help mitigate the situation. Overall helped me with this emergency. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Kept their flyer to recommend them.

The bathroom in our small office that we leaked overflowed and for hours while we were out for a lunch meeting with clients. Office manager returned to find the office floor covered with gross water. The water ended up damaging our cabinets for our kitchenette area, soaking baseboards, ruining our carpets, our sitting area, and our desks. Building owner called Mayday along with a plumber. May Day helped clean up the water, place large fans and equipment everywhere to dry it out and make it less disgusting. They even helped us move the affected items outside.

Upstairs bathroom pipe burst. Water went from my master bathroom down through the ceiling to my kitchen, formal dinning room, my office, living room, and entry way. Plumber did not have any recommendations for help. Searched for help online, called around and settled on Mayday Mitigation. We set an appointment for early in the morning. They came with lots of equipment and brought more to draw the water out and help with the damp smell.

Pipe burst in kitchen wall that flooded into my guest bedroom, hallway, kitchen, and living room early in the morning. Woke up to a mess and didn't know what to do. Called a plumber and got the water turned off. A coworker recommended Mayday for my emergency. They got there about 40-45 min after my call. They got the water cleaned up and put fans everywhere to dry things out. Fast service.
