Very reasonable prices, has come out 4 times. My water heater was not heating properly, so he came out and re-lit the pilot light. It went out again, so he came out the next day. He replace the thermo-coupling and relit the pilot light again, and it went out again! I called him again, and he came back out, check everything out, and saw that my 11 year old water heater was still under warranty. He called the company and they air-mailed the part to me. He came out and installed the part for me. He only charged me for the trip, not the installation. His knowledge, tenacity in tracking down a problem, and he was very courteous and I have nothing by praise for him!

They were great, and the owner was a master plumber and contractor in the past. Anything having to do with plumbing, they do a great job and they are able to build up homes from the ground up.
