LOMBARDO'S PAINTING AND COATING SYSTEMS

I recently hired Lombardo's after researching local painting companies. I like to work with local business whenever possible. My house had the original builder's colors, and had spots where paint started to peel. After meeting Mark and a couple other providers, I chose Lombardo's. They also have an A+ BBB rating. I wasn't disappointed. The quality of work by Alberto's crew is excellent. They took the time to properly prep the exterior before painting, didn't take short cuts, and used high quality materials. I was very impressed by the stucco crack seals, you wouldn't know the house is 20+ years old.

Mark had a amazing crew, not only did they match the colors of my house, they also fixed the wood trim around my roof and made it look brand new. They were quick,neat and did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking to get their house painted.

Two personable painters from Lombardo came and did the job over several days in the heat. They went right to work every day and did a great job.

Well the paint job is good and the cabinets are great. However, I have a major set of issues. Including the fact that the painters did not clean up. I have a black Kohler double sink in the kitchen that has been ruined. The painters used it to clean their brushes and didn't clean up after themselves. When they sanded the cabinets they did not bother to vacuum or clean up. There paint in every sink and bathroom fixture in the house. I tried to call and message mark to see if he could make this right. It has not.

Very well. Painters arrived the day arranged and and every day until finished. When asked, they did a couple of extras with no additional charge. Quality paint was used on both stucco and wooden trim.

His workers damaged my daughter's dresser by building a pyramid with her furniture. Also, they washed our their paint bushes and pans on our front lawn and killed the grass. We contacted Mark  Lombardo regarding this and he did nothing to fix the dresser or lawn.
Also, Mark referred Israel to us to do our hardwood floors. He refers him to all of his customers.
Israel accepted the job to do our floors. We have a raised entry way and he said he knew how to do it. It turned out that he did not know how to install hardwood floors. 
1. He over ordered the flooring by $2,000. We now have all this extra expense and wood we don't need stored in our hallway. 
2. The floors have areas that are buckling due to the bad installation.
3. He did not know how to do any of the finish trim work. The trim between rooms sticks up. All the miter corners do not match up. 
4. He did not know how to do the entry way.
He told us he could do this!
We now have to hire another installer to finish the job and correct all of the errors. It has taken us months to find someone who was willing to come in and correct someone else work. No one wanted to do it.
It is now November and our floors are still not done.

The experience was great. There were no problems. We didn't check a lot of places because we were new here. We got a postcard in the door and we thought the pricing was great. It was wonderful. It was what we were used to paying. The guy responded within 24 hours. He gave us a quote for the inside and out. They showed up on time and they were great even though they spoke Spanish.

Initial contact was made via phone from a flyer delivered to my house. I had received a similar flyer once about a year prior and it peaked my interest because it indicated they and quot;coatedand quot; instead of just and quot;paintingand quot; their surfaces.
I made a phone call when I was ready, and Mr. Lombardo contacted me with a return phone call and a date and time was established for him to come by to give an estimate and explanation of what they would do. The price came in at what I thought it should be for a quality job, so we agreed to have him do the work.
He provided a written estimate of what he would do and what it would cost. At that time he was working about 5 weeks out and I needed to get an architectural review done by our home owner's association for the colors we wished to use. That took about 3 weeks mainly because I didn't like the pallet of colors allowed in our development. However, we finally agreed on one of them.
Mr. Lombardo phoned about 2 weeks in advance and told me what to expect when his project manager came by in a couple weeks to start the project. Everything went as described. My wife and I were going to be away on a scheduled Mother's Day trip out of town during the project. I agreed to leave a set of house keys with the project manager so the door jams, etc. could be painted and allowed to dry with the door opened.
Nothing was disturbed inside the house as I expected because Mr. Lombardo indicated his employees have been with him for up to 20 years and he has never had any problems.
Upon our return we gazed at a totally made-over home that bore little resemblance to the one we left.

Lombardo Painting is great to work with. I thought that they were very detail orientated. I liked the paint that they used because it was of high quality. They were very honest with me from the beginning and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves when they were done. I am really satisfied with them.

Lombardo's Painting did an outstanding job on our home. There were a few minor glitches in the job, but they fixed everything to our satisfaction. Our home looked great when they were done and we were very happy that we chose this company to paint our house.

Lombardo's Painting and Coating Systems had done an absolutely beautiful job on painting our house. They made sure everything was done right. All of the workers Mark brought were professionals and hard working. Mark wrote everything he was going to do for us out in a professional proposal and stuck to it. We had taken 5 or 6 estimates and he was in the middle so we went with him and was worth every penny. They also cleaned up after themselves everyday.
