Lint Busters

These folks are fantastic! I've used them twice. Originally we were ignorant to the fact that the dryer vents would need to be cleaned every couple of years. If it's bad enough, it can start a house fire. At our old house, the dryer stopped working properly and it took forever for anything to get dry. We had a repairman come out and he told us that our vent was badly clogged. He recommended Lint Busters. They were prompt and cleaned out our system. Problem solved. We recently bought a new (old) home and the same thing happened; the dryer was not drying. Again we called Lint Busters. They offered an appointment the next day and gave us a three-hour window. They arrived on time and discovered the vent was badly clogged. The guys did an awesome job of getting everything cleaned out and they were great about cleaning up after themselves. The dryer works great now.

They were on time and got right to work. They said there were several clogs due to our pipe going up to the eaves and taking a bend. They were able to get them out and replaced the hose which was included at no extra charge. Would definitely call them again and highly recommend them to anyone. The total cost was $88.

The individuals (father/son) from Lintbusters arrived on time the day after we booked our appointment.  They went right to work and were able to extract an embarrassing amount of lint from our vent.  Even though they needed to replace  a piece of tubing, the cost to us remained the same.  Because of the fire hazard, in the future I will not wait so long to call the Lintbusters.  It was well worth the money.

They were very thorough.  I didn't realize lint was clogged in my dryer, even though I clean the lint trap each time.  The dryer vent pipe was full of lint too, probably had never been cleaned since the house was built!  Did a great job.  Dryer works MUCH better now.

They were fun, polite, great and gave us quite a show of the major lint problem that came out on the roof as they were doing the blow out. And yes they di throw away what came out of the vent.

After finding Lint Busters on Angie's List, I called Lynn and made an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned. I have a one story home and the dryer vents out on the roof. Most impressive about Lint Busters is that they send out two individuals to clean the vent. One stays in the laundry room and the other goes up on the roof. This allows them to thoroughly clean the vent pipe. Both of the individuals who came were courteous and cleaned the lint from the dryer, the flex connection and the vent pipe to the roof. For a cash discounted price of $80 this service could not be beat. Given that a dirty and clogged dryer vent is a leading cause of house fires, this service was well worth it. Lint Busters is a great company to do the job for you.

I FIRST USED THEM IN 2003 WHICH WAS THE FIRST CLEANING IN 28 YRS. THEY PUT A SCREEN OF SOME SORT ON TOP OF THE VENT ON THE ROOF BECAUSE THERE WAS NONE. THEY HELPED US MOVE THE WASHER TO GET TO THE VENT ON THE DRYER. THEY EVEN WAITED THE UNTIL I QUICKLY CLEANED UNDER BOTH AND STILL ONLY CHARGED THEIR GOING RATE OF $85.00. BECAUSE I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER THE SECOND TIME THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT.
