They picked up my flowers from the wedding location. I gave them a deposit and was told to call in a couple weeks. I called and was told that I would be charged an additional $80. I was actually charged an additional $100. I called them back and was told that they had to replace a couple flowers and was not given an apology for overcharging me. I called several times to arrange a time that I could come and pick up my flowers, but I was either told that they were at the opposite location or I got the answering machine and never got a call back. I was living in Texas at the time and had made several trips to Las Vegas to visit and each time tried to get someone to let me pick up my flowers. After over a year of trying to get my flowers, I was told that I must be mistaken and that they never had my flowers in the first place. I will be filing a claim in small claims court. Do not use this company.
