They always show on schedule, they send someone out quickly when and if I call, and their treatment has been highly effective.  In fact, the one time I ventured away from their service was the only time I had pest issues.

I first started using Lady bug in 1987. About 18 months ago I stopped my service. When I needed to restart I shopped around and went with a slightly less expensive company, but one I had to do a 1 year contract with.
With this OTHER company I had more LIVE bugs in my house in one year than I had seen since 1987 when I first started with Lady Bug. This is not the same house, but I always kept Lady bug as I moved a few times.
I called Lady Bug back. They came and serviced me right away. The day after I made contact, Jeff was here, knowing I was in a panic over the SCORPION I had killed in my living room just a couple days prior (after being serviced by those other guys).
Lady bug is by far the best pest control service in the LV Valley. I have referred many people to them who were unhappy. Over the 26 years I have used them, their prices have remained pretty constant and increased only when they had to. I will never again venture away to test any other service. As long as Las Vegas has Scorpions and Black Widows, I will retain Lady Bug Pest Control Service.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and professional in his demeanor. He was the same technician who serviced our home in 2007 and he remembered us. It took six years for his last treatment to wear off. In that time the cost of the service had only increased by $5. How can you beat that?

They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price. They do a thorough job and the technicians are very nice.

Service in October was fine. When came time to have November treatment no one arrived on the scheduled date and time. Waited a couple of days. After hearing nothing I called the office to cancel service as this was the 5th time no one showed up for my scheduled treatment and nothing was heard from the company. When I called the receptionist tried to explain why I wasn't serviced asking that I listen and that I might change my mind about canceling. It was the same excuses I had heard the previous 4 times I wasn't serviced. After her explanation I informed her that it was certainly not good business practice to not keep customers informed, that I had explained that to the district manager after the 4th occurrence. A simple phone call to tell me what was going on and giving me a date and time when I would be serviced would have solved the problem. However, that never happened and I could no longer deal with not knowing when I would be serviced.

Lady Bug was going through some changes in December and January which they had some difficulty managing. The main problem was not delivering service as promised and not keeping customers informed of what was happening. I had to call in order to get the service that was promised. Discussed this with them; i.e. they need to let customers know what is going on; either your going to be there as promised or you need to call the customer to reschedule.This was resolved in January. The service is now being delivered as promised. Rating based on difficulty with managing the change. If service continues to be provided as promised and I am informed prior to changes being necessary then rating could be elevated.

Have used Lady Bug for over a year with no problem. Pest have been kept at bay. Recently notified via a letter that the company would be making some changes. Talked with my service tech on his July visit. He advised that they had to down size and some routes would be changing but he would still be doing our yard. Come time for his August visit, no service. Waited till next day, still no service. Called and was informed that we would be getting new tech and he would be told to give us a call, which he apparently was supposed to have done. Never got a call but he showed the following Mon.. So, our new service date will be the 4th Mon. of the month. Would have been nice if we had been contacted about the change rather than my having to make a call to find out what was going on and to then be surprised with an unexpected visit. Otherwise, good service.

Anne Miash is very honest, personable, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I feel very safe around her.

There were never any problems and I was always pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone because they were friendly and on time. Whenever I have any type of problem they come back immediately to fix the problem.

We have used Lady Bug for approximately 33 years. They are very reliable and do an excellent job of keeping the bug count down on our premises. We elect to only spray the outside of the house and yard but on occasion have them spray inside. We've had several "whole house" fumigation over the course of our history with this firm and the work is always performed satisfactorily. We normally don't recommend anyone but we have recommended Lady Bug to several friends. Also, there is very little personnel turnover, the same service person has been with us for years.

We've used this company for about three years and are very pleased with them. We never see any bugs in between their visits, and they always arrive consistently on time every month.

We have Lady Bug come once a month to spray outside every time they come, and spray inside occasionally. Our major problem inside is scorpions, and Lady Bug told us that they're almost impossible to kill. So we do see them in between their visits, but put up with them, as best we can.

We are very happy with job Lady Bug has done with our bug problem. They call us to let us know when they are coming over, and have been prompt so far. The technician is personable, and asks us if we have seen any new locations that need the insecticide. The cost is reasonable, and the insect problem is kept to a minimum.

Lady Bug Pest Control had done a good job spraying. Their work was really good. We have never had any problems with bugs or pests since we started using this company. We have used them for 10 years now and would recommend their services to anyone.
