From the first contact with Fran Jenkins it was clear that meeting our personal requirements was top of her agenda.
We had a tight 2 day window to see as many properties as possible and using the Keller Williams Realty website as a start together with her own knowledge of the areas 14 properties were short listed.
For two whole days we had the undivided attention of Fran who as well as including the property tours took pains to show us the relevant local amenities. going back to a property for a second time was no issue.
Once we had selected a suitable home, Fran was on hand at all times to support and guide us (being new to the USA) and in fact I know she would always be on hand for a friendly chat, she is that type of one of a kind person and a gem in the industry sector so associated with poor service.
escrow closed on Dec 24 and we saw Fran on Dec 26 to collect the keys with the whole transaction completed remotely
Two days in the house and a lovely food basket arrived as a home welcome gift.
I would not hesitate to use her services again

Fran is an outstanding relator. She fights for her clients and gives great advice for suggestions regarding selling your home. After a couple days of listing our home, we already received 3-4 offers. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their home.
