We chose a very nice single storey home from one of K B Homes many floor plans and everything went well. The house with all its upgrades took an estimated four months to build with one small problem after we moved in. During the walkthrough, we had a few complaints that were taken care of right away by the builder. Shortly after moving in, we discovered a problem with the bathroom toilet and the builder sent out a plumber to review the situation. The toilet was removed to find a piece of construction material in the drainpipe; the plumber replaced the pipe and the toilet very quickly. The house is very nice, the construction seems sound and we are pleased with the customer service we received from this company.

K B Homes built our single storey home and we have encountered many problems within the last few months. The company has been professional in getting things taken care of and everything has been fixed for us but it did take some time. The shower had to be reset three times before getting it to work properly and the bathroom tile had to be replaced. The dishwasher was leaking and no one was aware of this, which caused a mold problem in our kitchen island. The island had to be removed and we just had the new one installed recently after spending twenty-nine days without a kitchen sink. The house is very nice, everything has been corrected and we are pleased with the professionalism with the company in trying to get the subcontractors to correct their mistakes.
