I haven't had a problem with oil. It was the air filter problem, it wasn't that serious. They claimed that I had the wrong air filter in the car. I would say that it is a little high.

Went in for oil change and they made me a good offer on a radiator flush which was due so I took them up on it. Always get good service here and will return again. I watch for coupons which usually takes $15 off the oil change price.

I specifically asked them to check the tire pressures as we were going on a trip. The oil change was fine, but the "check tire pressure" gauge came on as we started our trip. I found the tires had not been inflated and were all about five pounds under recommended pressure.
JiffyLube had given me a receipt on checkout that showed they had inflated the tires. The shop was not busy, in fact was empty when I put my car in, so there is no excuse for missing this important service, except laziness or inattentiveness.
