I hired Innovative Plumbing to do a water softener install. They took a 50% deposit. When the installer came, he did not have sufficient knowledge on how to install it; he tried twice and gave up (but kept the deposit). I ended up hiring a second installer and he did it without any issue but had to undo almost everything they did since even their assembly of the device was wrong. At the end, Innovative Plumbing refused to give me a refund and told me to "have a blessed day". I would not trust this company with my plumbing again.

"We totally appreciate your feedback though it's not completely accurate. We were hired to install a Springwell unit which we install all the time and are listed as one of their contractors who did the training (which is why you contacted us). After multiple trips to your property wasting resources, it was found that your water softener loop was not installed correctly by others which was confirmed by your builder. Then your builder later advised that the system was not put together correctly by us and he showed us a photo of a mounting plate (calling it a gear) that was indeed correctly done. We therefore explained (as a licensed plumber who has been in business for over 10 years and having over 30 years trade experience) advised that it was. We also offered a refund to you if the manufacturer advised it was done incorrectly. Again, you can receive a refund if you provide that information. Have a blessed day."

It was a quick and easy replacement. They have amazing people that went straight and fix the pipes. They are more focus on the work that I have expected. I was also expecting a lot longer time of fixing but because of their expertise, they made the replacement and repair look easy. Thank you guys, I would recommend you to the people next door.

Innovative Plumbing went about and beyond expectations. We had an unusual situation, they acted with surpreme professionalism and were extremely understanding and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend them. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 20. All companies should be like this.

They were professional and knew what they were doing. They installed my new sink and brought my attention to some issues with my garbage disposal that would have turned into a disaster had not been taken care of. I have had no problems since their work. Absolutely the best plumbers I have used. I have already hired them to put in my water purification system I just purchased and their rates are very reasonable.

Plumber (Jose) was very professional. We did not have the camera locator as Jose was able to find other issues that was causing our problem. We would recommend them to others and will be using them in the future.

The appointment time agreed upon was between 2 and 5:30 the same day. Jose called about 10 minutes before he showed up at 4:00. He was quick, professional and clearer the clog in my kitchen sink within 10 minutes with his mechanical auger. Well worth the $90 I paid for this emergency service. Thanks, Jose!
