Everything went very well. Jeff came out and provided a very fair quote. The installers were very professional and prompt. Everything went in with minimal fuss. When I did notice a couple of things that were not exactly as I had wanted, or how I thought they should have been, Jeff was very quick to ensure one of the installers was back out in a timely fashion to address the issues, both of which were very minor. I would deffintly recommend them to a friend, and plan on using them again for future projects.

Jeff could not have been better to work with. He believes in honest and fair quotes, open and clear communication, and works with the homeowner to develop a plan both parties are comfortable with before he begins making changes. Jeff is professional, clean, respectful, and an all-around nice guy. I felt more than comfortable having him in my home, even when I wasn't there, and wouldn't hesitate to contact him for more work in the future.

Visited and gave an estimate, completed work as scheduled, came back to finish the job. All the work was done as stated and everything works great. Also great to work with the owner directly.

Located him through Angie's list. Called and made an appointment. He was prompt for the estimate. Had to re-estimate due to the intial price being twice what I expected. This was probably my fault due to the quality level that we discussed. Made an appointment to install. He was late. We left to run errands. He said that he would cover the furniture and do a complete clean-up. He called to say that he was about done. We came home. He wasn't done. Hadn't covered the furniture. Broom clean only. He said that he would be back the next morning to complete. We spent two hours cleaning up and wiping everything down. He sent an e-mail in the morning saying that he had another job and should be at our place by 1:00. No response to telephone or e-mail when he din't arrive at 1:00. Got a call at 4:30 saying that he had been tied up and wouldn't be able to make it. He would come out tomorrow. That was a problem for us as we were going back to LA. I would reschedule with him. Made an appointment and drove out to meet him. He arrived on time and quicklty finished the installation. He's a really nice guy and it may have been just a bad combination of events, but . . .

I contacted several potential contractors before selecting Innovative Home Systems for this work. I choose them because Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He patiently worked with me to help refine the project as I had questions.
I made a few changes along the way. I decided not to wire one room because the placement of the walls would have required too many holes be cut. Jeff took the cost of that part of the project off the invoice before he sent it at the end of the project. I also added a couple power outlets and a couple additional network cables. Jeff and his team took care of these as well.
Jeff supervised his subcontractors carefully with a good eye for detail. There were two cases where he caught a problem that honestly probably wouldn't have caused any issues. In the first case, he realized that the subcontractor had pulled RG-59 instead of RG-6 to one TV location. In the other, he noticed a possible kink in a Cat-6 network cable. In both cases, he had the cables re-pulled just in case.
At the end of the job, all cables were cleanly bundled and tied down. Each cable was labeled. And each cable had been tested end-to-end. The contractors cleaned up at the end of every day. I will definitely call Jeff for any future project networking, security, A/V, or similar project.

I had a custom entertainment center built and needed to mount a large screen tv. I called several places before calling Innovative Home Systems. The others could not come until a week or so to do the install and not having a tv for a week was not going to work. I called Innovative Home Systems and spoke with Jeff (Owner) and said he could have someone there the following day. I was astatic that I would have tv again. The next day a service person showed up and hung the tv quickly. The service person informed me of how I could improve the entire system with less cables. I have scheduled another appointment since the quality workmanship and knowledge of the service person was impressive. I would definitely recommend Innvovative Home Services.

Jeff returned my phone call propmptly, even though we played telephone tag. We arranged for him to come to my home the next afternoon. He spent some time revising my home theatre system configurating and then reprogrammied my remote control.
Everything is working exactly as I wanted it to. Jeff is professional in all ways. I would not hesitate to contact him again for amy problem I may have. And I would recommend him to all my freinds and family.
