I got my oil changed and they gave a long list for several other services that I needed, but would not give me an estimate. After taking my vehicle to another auto service provider I was told I did not need any of the services that Imperial Auto & Truck Service Center told me I needed.

They were fair because I have got other estimates and they were reasonable. They were very quick to get the job done and they were accommodating.

We bought the car in on Mon afternoon because it was running really bad and the check engine light was on. He told us we needed "boots" and they should have been put on when they did the tune up. They put them on....our cost. Car was picked up. Less than 24 hrs later the car is now dead in our garage. We call them and their tow truck is not working so we have to call AAA. Plus we have an important engagement this evening, so now we have to rent a car. Please do not use these guys....an A. On Angies List....you must be joking.

I had extensive work done on my classic/vintage truck. I was given an estimate by service adviser Trevis Picardo and although a few things changed over the time they worked on it he was able to stay with his estimate. Trevis was good about keeping me informed and looking into little things that I ask about. They made an effort to solve problems that go along with these old vehicles and to make suggestions when necessary. I felt that they took an interest in my truck and I appreciated that. After all was done they cleaned my truck up like new and sent me down the road with a warranty on their work. I'm sure I will be back since I have three vehicles. Thanks to all !

Loren and his guys at Imperial work really hard to diagnose the problems based on the information you provide and their knowledge after testing the vehicle. I'd been taking my '99 Suburban to Loren for a three years at the recommendation of a co-worker of my wife. Loren had also had been maintaining my wife's '02 Sebring Convertible. Loren goes out of his way to try to save you money on parts and when he thinks he missed something on the repairs he has made it right without additional charges. When finding some parts for my '99 Suburban started to become a problem and expensive (ie. a leaf from my rear leaf springs was missing (probably lost in our desert dash)), Loren told me that it was time to get a new car/truck. I wished I'd listened to him then but I waited another year or longer before I sold the Suburban and bought a new car. I trust his opinions, his expertise and his ability to diagnose problems with cars. My wife's Sebring was totaled two yeas ago. When her Mercedes comes off Warranty we will be taking the car to Loren. Same with my new car. I've seen enough classic cars, Mercedes, Jaguars, Vettes, Mustangs, and other high-end vehicles being worked on to see that others trust him as well. It does help if you can be patient, especially if your car is a little older, but I've seen him get cars out quickly as well. This is the most professionally run private auto repair shop I've ever seen.

He is honest. He is intelligent. I have used him for five years. I found him through a neighbor. He is fabulous. He is absolutely the best. His staff is also honest and intelligent.
