As always, things went very well.  Very professional.  Broad, yet detailed, knowledge about seemingly all aspects of computers and other electronics.  Have been using this company for eight years.  I have received great advice about servers, networking, backup storage, as well as help setting up a couple servers and quite a few workstations and laptops.  
This company is waaaaay more professional than most of the clowns around town.  They don't advertise rock bottom prices & then bait and switch you with the fine print.  Very adept multitaskers (which saves me time and money).  Very upfront & honest.
Computers and electronics can be very frustrating, it is comforting to have truly competent & trustworthy support.

They came on pretty short notice because I needed the service that day. Showed up on time. Cleaned out some junk, trojans, etc. and advised me to use a different and more up-to-date web browser. Made sure I had it on my computer already and showed me how to make it my default web browser if I liked it after selecting it manually for a while. I did eventually make it my default.
I appreciated that the guy didn't speak computerise, but explained everything in standard English. Wasn't condescending at all. Very professional.

They are kind of on call; they will come out even on a Sunday afternoon when our computer goes down. Michael is their best technician. They have down a good job for us. Our overall experience with them is excellent, probably because of the desperation that we have when we are on a deadline and need them to come out. I think their price is very reasonable for what we get, and the quality of service is excellent. Not only do they fix the technical problems, they also give us advice on how we might prevent or do something in the future, so it is really good. One of the things in Las Vegas in general that drives us crazy is that people say they are coming, but it could be from 8 to noon. Hot Link Data is always great, because at our request they always schedule us as their first appointment in the morning, so we know they are going to be there.
