The guy gave us a 2 year warranty on his work. Soon after, in one bathroom the grout around 7-8 tiles started cracking and some research said the tiles are probably loose and, they are. We repeatedly called him and when we could get a hold of him he said he would come back. He never did. He refused. He even went so far as to change his phone #, but we got the new one. We complained to the BBB, but he still refused and as a result he has a bad rating with them. He was often late also and sometimes wouldn't show up at all, and we would have to call him! Over Memorial Day weekend he did it 3 days in a row. Also, he never worked more than 5 hours in a day. If I was working and not flexible with my time, it would have taken him a year to get it done. I can count on both hands the amount of days he wasted my time. And, he asked me for money 4 times in 6 days. If you want someone who tells you when he will work, take his time, give many excuses and hound you for money, this guy is for you.
