The oil change was free under the warranty. The car is going so I suppose the quality is good. Their punctuality is good.

Corvettes of certain years have an issue called column lock, where the steering column can lock itself and refuse to move. Therefore, the car won't start. Really fun problem to have, let me tell you. Unfortunately, this is something that can only be fixed at a dealership. After a very bad experience, I was very leery of dealerships. But after a recommendation from my regular mechanic, I tried Henderson Chevrolet. It was a much better experience that I expected. Very nice, upfront people, and the repair cost around what my regular mechanic said would be appropriate. For a dealership, I give them very high marks.

I received three bids and I took them because they were the second highest. I paid the difference because I wasn’t satisfied with the other two bids. I am completely satisfied with Henderson Chevrolet. When I took my car out there, I got a rental car which was paid for by the local police department. They gave me a timeframe when they were going to get my car fixed, which was within three days. They called me the second day and told me that I could pick up the car at 8 o’ clock the next day. When I went over there it was great. They were all professional and friendly. I appreciated everything they told me and everything they did for us was great. All the products they use are new. Some providers would want to put in a refurbished bumper or something like that while they put in all new parts. That is another reason why I took them. I have a 2006 Buick and I’ve not got a scratch on it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Excellent work, and very nice staff. Henderson Chevrolet Body Shop was the Insurance provider, and I had no hassles at all ! Turned my car in, picked it up a week later and it was as good as new. Kudos to these guys for being a great outfit with great staff that are quick to answer any and all questions and concerns.
