We are currently still using this service. I have to say since moving to Las Vegas, I don't think we have ever had this level of customer service. They are very friendly and accessible. They are always prompt to return a phone call or handle any problem that arises. Even though we know the owner does PH tests on all the diapers on a regular basis, they still email all their customers if they make any changes to the washing process. They have allowed me to put a product on my son that is good for both him and the environment with little to no work on my part. Even my husband, who was very unsure about using cloth at first, loves them and wonders why anyone uses disposables when a service like this is available. Besides being so easy to use, my husband also likes the price. Even if you need more diapers it is still only $20 a week. There aren't any hidden costs. We will for sure be using them to diaper any additional children we welcome into our family.
