Handyman Connection

I was very satisfied with his work.

I had originally contacted one of the other companies on your handyman list. They never returned my message. I called Handyman Connection at 9:30 the following morning. They checked to see if they had someone who could do plumbing available right away. They did, and Charlie was at my house in an hour. He estimated the work would take about four hours since he needed to remove the tanks on both toilets. Due to stubborn old plumbing fixtures, it took nearly twice as long. Even though my plumbing was difficult, Charlie remained cheerful, pleasant and professional throughout the day. The work he did was great!

Our experience with them was excellent! They did a great job. The guys name that did the work for us was Charlie. He was very prompt, professional & cleaned up after himself.

Dale Marshall came out and did the work. He was very friendly and professional. Upon reconnecting the gas line to the stove, he tested to make sure there were no gas leaks. The new dishwasher didn't fit the space exactly, but he put in the extra effort to make it line up and create the best possible fit. He also tested each faucet installation to make sure there were no drips. I had also purchased a new kitchen sink and faucet which were to be installed; however, after much careful measuring and evaluating to see if the new sink would fit, we finally discovered it was cracked and could not be used anyway. Although the actual cost was lower than the estimate given, not all the work included in the estimate was performed. So all in all, I'd have to say the cost was a little higher than expected for the actual work performed.

The Handyman connection is a great bunch of men. They know what they are doing and they are good at it too! The installation of my new kitchen faucet didn't take long and the man knew exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself, was kind and professional. I am going to hire them back for all my small job projects from now on!

The price for using Handyman Connection was out of control. It was not reasonable in the slightest way. Even though they were on time and answered all my questions, for what I had to pay to have this work done was without a doubt, a down right rip-off.

We set an appointment, and he got stuck on a job and let me know he would not be coming that day. We set a second appointment, and I realized I had a previous appointment. I contacted him, but he did not receive the message. After the minor miscommunication about the initial appointments, everything went smoothly! He did a fantastic job installing everything and I plan on using him again in the future.

My fianc called and scheduled a handyman to arrive at 4:30 on a day he know he could be home. The handyman called at noon that day, asking to come right then. When I told him I wanted my fianc to be present, he said he needed to come earlier than 4:30, so I finally said to just come right then. Delta had sent me the exact same faucet as the one that needed replacing, but as soon as the man started removing my faucet, he said he needed something different than what Delta had included in the package, so he left and drove to a hardware store on my time. He returned and again discovered that something wasn't long enough, so he left again. I don't know if it was all just a comedy of innocent errors, or if that's how they do things at the Handyman Connection. All I do know is that a job that was quoted at $100 ended up costing $175, which my fianc was supposed to be here to pay.

From the first telephone call to the completed job, the company and craftsman were totally professional. The company told us the name of the craftsman in advance, he arrived on time, presented us with his business card, and quickly evaluated the problem and fixed both so you could not tell either area had been damaged. We could not have been more satisfied, and the charge was the minimum for this company for a repair job, not including the paint for which we paid and now have around for touch up jobs.

Ken Cox did a lot for me. When I first moved in to my new house. He was here for almost two weeks with all the work he did. It was almost like having a roommate who never sits still. After the work was finished, he asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. I don't know what I would have done without him in the first days living here. He did a wonderful job.

Handyman Connection was recommended to us by the retail store where we purchased our flooring. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. The floor is very solid without any loose or squeaking boards. We appreciated the fact that the work crew didn't drag their feet while they worked, as they charged us by the hour, and we only paid them for the actual labor.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY COMPLETED THE ENTIRE LIST IN RECORD TIME THEY WERE POLITE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS AND CO-WORKERS
