There is a great deal of tile in this house, and the job was more involved than it sounds. The grout gets filthy after several years of use, and I had no desire to get on my hands and knees to clean it. The job took about three hours in all, and there was no film from the cleaning solution, left behind. He did a wonderful job, and the tile is sparkling now.

When we called AAA, they called us back quickly and someone came out within a few days. They did a terrific job of re-grouting. The grout lines were very even and they've not stained since then because the worker applied a sealer.
