Overall our day went very well. We were able to enjoy the spa atmosphere before and after our massages. Both massage therapists were good. Our pedicures were enjoyable however that is the only thing we felt misrepresented. When I asked about and scheduled our appointments I asked if they used massage chairs for the pedicures. I was told they did. When we went up for our pedicures the massage chairs were not working. They were comfortable. We ask about the operation thinking we were not using the controls properly but was told they weren't working and hadn't been for a long while. They said they were hoping for new chairs. I thought it seemed strange that both were not working. When I checked out and paid for the services I mentioned the chairs and they shrugged it off. If I had been told upfront that the chair was not working I probably would not scheduled the pedicures. I felt that was misrepresented..

They are excellent. The whole service is just very calming and relaxing. They really care for you. They make sure you are comfortable. The place is very clean and they especially they make sure you are comfortable with everything. My mom even went to them and she had a pinch nerve in her back and they were able to level it out, so now the back is better. The staff is excellent, friendly and very very professional.
