Locally owned and operated, we have five mobile service vehicles to come to you, or visit our retail storefront conveniently located at Pecos & Wigwam. I would definitely use this company again!
Dave was very punctual - called prior to coming to house; we were given a two-hour window and he came within the first half hour. After fixing storm door lock, he explained his work and gave us information on the lock, discussing faults with the manufacturing of the door/system and what we may need to do in order to prevent this from happening again. The lock is not top of the line so he said this would last about another year. He also fixed the handles which were placed backwards. The safe was digital and he was able to open it. Told us that Sentry might be able to send us replacement keypad if we contacted them, but he wasn't able to replace the lock given how the safe was built. He was very clear in his explanations and suggested some options, including checking out the better quality safes in their storefront. There was no pressure to buy from them but just good information for us to think about. We asked for his business card and would definitely use this company again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
I used the $15 off coupon. It was $55 for the service call and $80/hour rate (he was here for 45 minutes) for a total of $100.

We cannot try to compete with the pricing structure of the big box stores, but when you come to our family owned shop we try to provide more efficient, personalized service, and you are getting your keys copied by employees that cut keys all day long. We feel that our pricing structure is competitive and believe that our quality of service and commitment to our customers is worth a slightly higher price."
