Outstanding Absolutely love Dr. K. She listens to the pet Mom, as well as has the best interest of the pet at heart. I am not comfortable with them taking my dog to the back and than bringing her back and than out the door again for something we missed..so she kept my dog with me and her care went smoothly. Less traumatic for the dog. This is a drop-in vet facility, so I always call before taking my dog in. It seems to be working well, we are always seen promptly.

They’re very good there with the animals.  They are very gentle and loving.  Scheduling is fine and we have had no problems there.

We've been going there for six years. We like Dr. Rowels. The staff and office are excellent. It's a comfortable feeling when I go there. The is staff is helpful and friendly.

Always a great experience. The doctors here are knowledgeable in all the up-to-date treatements and if they need to seek advice from a specialist, they do that without a hiccup. I always try to make an appt first, as they tend to get very busy due to the many walk-ins on the weekends. Just another sign of what a great place this is.

We have been using Green Valley Animal Hospital for our cats' care since we moved here approximately 2 years ago. We chose this hospital because of a coupon for a and quot;free examand quot; for first time clients, as well as positive online reviews. We saw Dr. Rose our first visit and have requested and seen her every time since, as we liked her so much and were impressed with her care. The information re pricing is for a recent visit. All of our visits and interactions with the doctor and staff have been positive, although it is quite a busy practice. Every time Dr. Rose examines one of our kitties, it seems that she genuinely cares about them and their well-being; she promptly returns any calls we might have about follow up care. She is open to any questions I ask and always provides a thorough answer; I never feel like I'm asking a silly question. Since we specifically want our cats to be seen by Dr. Rose, we always make an appointment ahead of time; however, the clinic welcomes walk-in cases, too, for animals that need to be seen, and whatever doctor is available treats the animal.

It was $20 for bathing and $10 for shots. My pet had two shots. The best part is that they don't charge a visit fee.

We really like Dr. Rose and we're so happy to have a vet we can trust. She is not an alarmist, which means that she doesn't immediately jump to the worst possible conclusion and cause you unnecessary stress. However, if something appears to be serious, she will tell you. She will try the least invasive course of treatment first, then move to progressively through treatment options, if necessary. She is willing to work with you to develop a course of treatment that you are comfortable with. She is easy to communicate with and I highly recommend her.
The office staff is generally friendly and it is really easy to get an appointment. They always call the next day to follow-up and make sure your pet is doing well.

I took him in within the hour and Dr. Rose immediately knew what to do.

I lost Sam on Sunday, June 19, 2011 to cancer. Dr. Tawny and Dr. Jennifer stayed after hours to help put Sam down. They cried with me. Marcelles was diagnosed with cancer of the bone April 2012. The Oncology Center of Nevada recommended amputation; we went with their recommendation. Marcelles, however, had the cancer spread. Dr. Jennifer discovered it came back June 29, 2012.She was compassionate, tender, and honest. She came to my home to put Marcelles down on July 5, 2012. She cried with me as he passed at 5:26 PM. I am crying as I write this...but I have to compliment both veterinarians so they can help others who love animals!

Entire experience was excellent. New puppy was relaxed throughout the experience. Vets were very caring and took the time to explain everything to expect from a new shelter puppy.

They are excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.
