Joe, the owner was prompt and very efficient. He explained what chemicals he used and said that they were pet friendly. He completely sprayed the whole perimeter of the inside and the outside of the house. We had been having an earwig problem and he explained where they might have been getting in, showing us the little cracks.He also baited the yard for mice when we asked. He was very thorough and detailed in his work. I had been using another major company for years and never got the professionalism I received from this company. I highly recommend them.
